Placing Your Order:
By placing an order for Products through our Website, you confirm that you intend to enter into a contract with us for the purchase of those Products.
You can place your order for Products on the Website by clicking the "Confirm Order" button at the end of the checkout process.
During the checkout process, you will be asked to complete your payment details.
All fields marked as mandatory must be completed (which includes providing us with a valid email address and phone number).
We will then send you an email confirming receipt, detailing your order, and the delivery costs that will be added to the purchase price (if applicable).
Note:
- Completion of the online payment process and our confirmation email do not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order will not be accepted until full payment has been received from you.
- You can check the orders you have placed and their current status at any time by visiting our website and clicking on Login at the top of the page, followed by selecting Track Your Order.
- If we are unable to supply the products you have ordered for any reason, we will not process your order and will notify you. If you have already paid for the products, we will refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.
Delivery/Collection:
- If you choose delivery, please note that delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select, and the delivery address.
- We will make every effort to deliver the products to your address by the estimated delivery date specified in the order confirmation email we send.
- If we are unable to meet the expected delivery date, we will contact you as soon as possible with an updated estimated date. We will notify you when the order is ready for collection or delivered to your address, as applicable.
- If you choose delivery to your address and no one is present at the specified address at the time of delivery, our delivery company will contact you to arrange redelivery. Products will only be left with a third party (such as a caretaker or maid) with your express authorization.
- All risk associated with the products you order (including the risk of loss and/or damage) passes to you upon delivery to the delivery address specified in your order.
- Occasionally, the supply of your products may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control (such as material shortages, import delays, or higher than expected demand). In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed, but we will not be liable to you for such delay or failure.
Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:
If you wish to cancel your order, you may contact our Customer Service Department during business hours and within one hour of placing it.
Note:
- We cannot accept cancellations outside of these periods, as the order will be processed and can only be cancelled through our returns/refund process.
- If you paid by credit or debit card and cancel in accordance with this clause, we will cancel the authorization or process the refund (as applicable) as soon as possible, but we are not responsible for the timeframe this will be reflected on your account.
- If you wish to return your order for a refund or exchange certain products, you must notify us within 15 days of receiving your order and in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging, with a copy of the relevant invoice.
- Any items provided free of charge with the relevant products must also be returned.
- Subject to the following exceptions, when you return your order or wish to exchange certain products, we will process your refund upon receipt of the returned/exchanged products, excluding any delivery charges you have paid. For an exchange, you will need to place a new order for delivery.
- If goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we may provide you with an alternative or replacement product or refund you in full, including any delivery charges you have paid. In all cases, you must return defective, damaged, or incorrect products to us as soon as possible.
- You must take reasonable care of any products you wish to return and not use them. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to the items while in your possession.
Remaining World Refund Process:
1) You will need to cover the postage costs yourself, so be sure to mark your parcel as returned goods to avoid additional charges.
2) Don't forget to request a tracking number/proof of shipping to track your parcel and provide proof that you sent it.
3) Once the items are returned, it may take up to 28 working days for us to receive the shipment and process your refund.
4) Your refund will be issued via cash on delivery after a full inspection of the items or the card used to pay, based on your choice when returning the items.
5) You can check with your bank after this time or return them directly after creating a size change request. If we do not receive the original items within two weeks of your order, we must cancel your size change request.
6) Exchanges are only possible within 28 days from the delivery date.
7) The item must also be in the same branded box you received it in.
8) The item must be in good, unused condition with the original tag and a copy of the invoice.
